Mountaineer Complex

The Mountaineer is the new retail destination in central Queenstown.

This state-of-the-art building juxtaposes a modern glass and steel structure alongside original restored historic façades.

Originally designed in 1884, the new-look Mountaineer ground floor  includes international retailers Quiksilver and Kathmandu, together with Andrea Moore, O.C. Jewellers, Betty's Liquor and Night 'n Day. 

The first floor is also an open-plan retail destination that is accessed from 32 Rees Street. This area includes Heaven for hair, nails, face, body, the Rees St Delicatessen, Artbay Contemporary New Zealand Gallery, Lots For Tots for babies, toddlers and mums-to-be and Magnolia for flowers.
