Impulse Jazz and Blues

Impulse Jazz and Blues formed in Queenstown in 2010. Performing as a four piece band, their repertoire is a casual but stylish mixture of old and new Jazz, with songs from great artists such as George Gershwin, Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Michael Buble, Amy Winehouse, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Duffy, Nina Simone and many more. Comprising of vocals, piano, guitar and drums, they serenade with a full and rich flavour. Having all come from various musical backgrounds and bringing a variety of experience from different styles of music and performance, their sound is a unique expression of Jazz and Blues.
