Gilly Darbey

Gilly has been thrilling audiences the world over with her sublime voice supporting many famous names including Van Morrison, Jasper Carrot, The Hollies and Tori Amos. Her emotional and sensual interpretations of blues/folk/jazz and gospel have had many likening her favourably to the late Eva Cassidy.She has appeared at many of the major festivals throughout the U.K, Australia and New Zealand.

Now resident in New Zealand Gilly has performed at the Queenstown JazzFest, Auckland Folk Festival and Canterbury Folk Festival with numerous sppearances on national TV's 'Good Morning Show' and Radio NZ National.
