Indulge in an evening of white wine varietals paired with Asian-fusion cuisine on Sunday the 25th of October from 6:30 - 9 p.m. at Wild Ginger restaurant in Queenstown.
Hosted by award-winning Gibbston Valley Winemaker Sascha Herbert, this special event will feature five-courses each expertly paired with a different white wine.
Wild Ginger's cool atmosphere paired with their gourmet menu of Asian-inspired specialties make this a choice venue for tasting the citrus, limey and mineral characteristics found in white wines. Since opening in 2014, the restaurant has already become a staple for diners in Queenstown seeking an ambient environment to enjoy innovative cuisine.
In addition, dinner will also be paired with live entertainment by Queenstown Jazz Fest artists Radius Duo from Christchurch.
